These people know a thing about service. Sometimes Ben & Jerry’s can just feel like another corporate experience, but in my experience, it’s not been that way thanks a lot to Cain!

I had a non-dairy strawberry cheesecake ice cream and asked for a waffle cone. The young man informed me that the cone had dairy which for me is OK. I want to commend him on that observation and also to thank him. BTW: the ice cream was delicious, the best non-dairy I've ever had. Thank you again. ?

Excellent service. The place was busy, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about food allergies and prepared my son a safe ice cream bowl. It was also very clean. Would 100% return

This is a nice Ben & Jerry’s. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and ordered a milkshake after waiting in a short line. I got the churro flavor ice cream in a milkshake, and it tasted quite good. I gave this Ben & Jerry’s five stars because I received quick, efficient service and it has good milkshakes.
