Absolutely terrible customer service from a girl working there. Rude, immature, short tempered, and unwilling to accommodate. Additionally there were two other males that proceeded to laugh when we asked for additional customer service, which was also very rude and unacceptable. There was a kind worker with dreadlocks that did show proper customer service, maturity and conducted himself appropriately, which we were pleased with.

I just love the Cherry Garcia, but even I had to think about paying $8.50 for a cone. I did, and it was good, though next time should have just gone to the grocery store and bought 2containers for that price.

Very respectful and professional place after my girl lost her top of her ice cream , I went back to buy another and this young gentleman made sure that I was a satisfied customer, my great respect on his action will sure go there again and next time I will have a bigger Tip. Thank you.????

There are two reasons I am reviewing Ben and Jerr'ys, Bannister's Wharf. The first reason is I've never had the non-dairy flavor Change the Whirled. OMG. It was the most amazing non-dairy ice cream I've ever had. I think I asked five times if it was realy dairy free, just to make sure. A single scoop cone was more like a double scoop cone and I enjoyed every bit of it. The second reason for this review is to give a shout out to the hard working staff. It was Saturday afternoon, the weather was nice and the place was busy. The staff didn't let if frazzle them at all. They remained friendly and patient, despite how hard they were working. This deserved a mention.

Near end of pier busy with many restaurants located near water. Chocolate with sugar cone fresh and no freezer burn. Long line moved fast.

Good ice cream and friendly staff. Over half the time I order ice cream or a milkshake, the staff will hand me cups/cones that are dripping everywhere before I even leave the store. Gets all over my clothes
