My family and I were going a little crazy with how monotone the general food scene can be in RI. We were missing Asian cuisine and this place certainly provides that escapism. It’s a great place to chill and be informal. The food uses authentic oils, spices, and sauces, but in a way that was too unbalanced and not manipulated to be authentic cuisine. Perhaps it's more appealing to locals?

This was my first time trying a Ramen restaurant, and I will probably never go to another one ever again. For me, the texture of the noodles isn’t very good. It’s also just a little bit too much of a peanut Flavor. I got the house, Ramen with chicken and spicy garlic chicken wings. The food was hot and very well separated for consumption. I would say that was the best part.

Great place for ramen and tasty with great price and 2 hrs free street parking nearby. On the main road parking over charge $8hr parking and required minimum 2 hrs parking plus 13% transition fee. 😱

I went to school in the area, and this is the only restaurant that I was a genuine regular at in all my four years. The food is consistently delicious, creative, and for newport…AFFORDABLE. I absolutely love their bao buns and the spicy miso is my go to bowl. This place is my idea of a hidden gem and Ive already been back once since moving back home.
