Had another great experience here. Food and service were very good. Plan to return when we are in the area.

Service and food were great. Ordered the stuffed shrimp which was the best I've had. 5 very large shrimp stuffed with scallops and breading. Excellent!

A mainstay in Newport, Rhode Island. Appreciate the variety of options that the menu offers.

Waiter was excellent, not impressed with the food. Onion soup was good but the bread on top tastes stale. Sandwiches were just ok.

We totally enjoyed the nostalgic ambiance of Brick Alley Pub, and the food portion and pricing were reasonable. The chicken piccata was tender and delicious served over thin spaghetti. My husband's fish sandwich was thick, crispy and very good! Service was wonderful and fast. We look forward to visiting again. Parking is available in lots close by or walkable from hotels.

My wife and I stayed in Newport for 5 days. To get an idea of how much we enjoyed the “Brick Alley Pub”, we ate here 3 times. On this night, our server was Danielle, who was an absolute joy. She was completely swamped with orders, but still got our drinks and food out efficiently, and managed to keep a cheerful demeanor. I mixed it up on this night, both drink wise and for my meal. I had been getting a few of the local double ipas called “Captain's Daughter”, which I recommend with the baked cod (so fresh). On this night, I had a few “American Mules” with lemon picatta scallops; delicious. Two starters you can't miss with are the mozzarella sticks and the New England clam chowder. Awesome place, awesome people.

We had a delicious lunch! Maybe the best chicken wings we've ever eaten! So meaty and delicious. Excellent spinach and artichoke dip, delicious mussels and really enjoyed the Brie and green apple bruschetta.

We were in Newport 13 yrs ago and this is the restaurant that was the most memorable. Fast forward to this September of 2025 and Brick Alley Pub did not disappoint. It was everything my husband and I recalled fondly and even better! The cocktails (get the Filthy Dirty Martini if that's your thing. The best!!) food, service and overall vibe were just top notch. Highly recommend!!

The salad bar was truly unique and had everything I was hoping for on it including the best soup I think ive ever had (black bean sweet potato). The waitress waited to put our meals in so we could really enjoy the salad bar! When the meals arrived the portion was huge and the taste was delicious!! This is for sure a must go place in Newport!

We had a wonderful time!Lobster Reuben was beyond delicious! Our server Aiden was just great and very patient with five seniors! We'll be back!

The main seating area was dark and smoky. We were very fortunate to have been given a table in the front corner by the windows, if not this review would be worse. The service and food were timely and good. Between 2&3:30 on a Friday the place was packed, plan ahead as we did and make a reservation!
