I almost hate to post this, but we have been here twice and in comparison to the award winning places that we have been to, this place deserves a Michelin star. I just hope when they do, we can still get a reservation.
Dinner was outstanding from start to finish. It was the different takes on classic tasing menu dishes that really made the meal for us. The foie gras was served with a blueberry sauce, which differs from the classic cherries that is so common with foie gras. It was served with a soft textured lemon poundcake, instead of the classic toasted baguettes. The lemon poundcake with the creamy rich pate was heaven. We absolutely loved our Berkshire pork secreto.
