We were in Newport to see the mansions dressed up for Christmas and we found this little place. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and were filled to overflowing. Service was good. Our party ordered: the tuna melt, Portabella mushroom and spinach wrap with caramelized onions and Boursin cheese. and Ranchero burrito with one blueberry pancake.

Loved this spot – it’s a perfect neighborhood dinner place. Non-fussy and delicious. We sat by the window which was a treat. Service is very kind and welcoming here, and food is delicious.

The line was cold but they sat us early since we were a smaller group. Staff was friendly and quick. They seemed to have dropped a glass in the ice well and they cleaned it up.

There’s a reason there is a line out the door! The waitstaff is friendly and helpful, the food is great and plates are heaped high. I judge a place by the home fries and these were large chunk of potatoes, well seasoned, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle- perfection! the coffee comes in large mugs and even the decaf is good. Try the bolos (a sort of Portuguese English muffin.)

Amazing breakfast! Everything was excellent definitely worth the wait. Smaller restaurant very quaint with a line out the door moat days, but rest assured the wait is worth it.
From the moment we step in the door we were treated like family. The owner and staff were very kind and hospitable. The food was delicious and the portion size was large.
