Cupcake Charlie's

Last week I walked in and the employee working the counter greeted me immediately and I was able to have a smooth transaction. Today I walked in and a different girl was working the counter. She did not even greet me as a walked in. As I walked up to the counter, still no acknowledgment. I continued to look at the menu. After about 2 minutes I decide what I wanted and the employee had still not spoken a single word to me. She even decided to walk in the back room. As soon as she walked away, I left the store. They clearly do not want my money and I will not be returning.

Lots of cupcake options available. The cupcakes were nice and moist but a bit too sweet.

Sadly a bad choice for me. Didn’t like any of the two options I tried. Lemon cake cup is too sweet and artificial flavor, the jelly inside makes it worse. And the Vanilla Cupcake also too sweet 😕. Don’t

Gave me pumpkin instead of caramel….hostess cupcake is an overpriced chocolate cupcake with very little filling. Make sure after stating what you want to point at what you want so you don’t get the wrong cupcake.

The cupcakes here are delicious and not sickenly sweet like most cupcake places are. Also you must get their Wheely (blended up cupcake and soft serve). Amazing.

The options there were great and the workers were really friendly. I had a problem with my card but they were very understanding and nice. I got the mint chocolate cupcake and it was really good. This was a cute stop.

Prompt, friendly service. No wait. Patient servers. I got the Hostess cupcake, which tasted just like its namesake, only better. I bought the Raspberry Chocolate Surprise for my daughter. My husband had a soft serve cone with jimmies. He ate it before I could snap a photo, so I guess it was delicious.

I had higher expectations since they were on Cupcake Wars. Frosting was WAAAAY too sweet and thick/hard. I barely touched it. Cake was decent, and if it the frosting was light and airy, the combination would have been better.

Gone here twice in a row while I'm in town on vacation. The cupcakes are great and so was the service. My boyfriend got the chocolate hostess cupcake and loved it. I got the vanilla and funfetti cupcake. It perfect cake to frosting ratio. The cake was nice and moist.

Amazing cupcakes. The Hostess one is truly special: It tastes as good as hostess cupcakes tasted when you were a kid. Highly recommend trying that one for a magical journey to your childhood.
