Cupcakes were hard. Definitely not worth the money. Was rudely asked to leave by one of the employees when having a conversation with a group of friends. This is the second time I’ve gone and I definitely will not return.

Horrible customer service. Got cupcakes with a group of friends and we were absolutely scolded by an employee and asked to leave with zero justification. Will not be returning.

Horrible customer service. Got cupcakes with a group of friends and we were absolutely scolded by an employee and asked to leave after talking about our work day. Which made no sense?? She provided zero justification. Will not be returning.

The frosting is awful. The cake is edible not not great. The employee was on her phone and super rude. She acted like we were interrupting her when we wanted to get cupcakes.

Worst service in town! Yesterday late afternoon we went into this place to drink coffee, but apparently this business doesn't need customers because the "creature" (or poorly employed) was so busy decorating her cake, in an empty store, that we had to call her, as she ignored us and didn't even greet us when we entered. When she finally decided to move and talk to us , it was to inform us that they only serve hot or cold coffee and that if we were looking for coffee, there was one coffee shop further down the street!!!! We thanked her and left!! And she wasn't wrong!!! ? I highly recommend it, about 100 meters away, on the right side of the street, a cafe with fantastic and welcoming service ??? moral of the story: this lady must have training in customer service orientation or she will bankrupt you!

The cupcakes are $8.00 and normal size. They also sell 1/2 a cupcake in a to go cup. The ice cream was really creamy.

Lunch at the drift Cafe was followed by cravings of dessert and just on the opposite side was Cupcake Charlie's, so it was an easy choice. They had lots of flavors for cupcakes - chocolate, oreo, vanilla, chocolate raspberry, lemon, hostess, etc and as few other items such as cake pops, trifles, and shakes. We got three things to share - a double chocolate cupcake, a lemon cupcake, and a raspberry chocolate trifle. There weren't many seats but we managed to grab a small table with a couple of chairs. We ate the chocolate cupcake right there and it was great. Chocolatey as expected, unexpected chocolate bonus in the center too. Could've been a little less sweet but wasn't over the top either. Even though it was a hot day, the remaining desserts held up on the ride home. We ate the lemon cupcake later that night and the raspberry trifle the next day. The trifle was a little too "jammy" but that lemon cupcake was perfect! Tart and sweet and so good.

If you're walking around town and want a nice sweet treat before dinner, if you're feeling naughty or after, if you have that sweet tooth. They are very good. The cupcakes not only look amazing, but they taste as good as they look. They have a special flavor daily. Amd a flavor of the week. There are lots of options to choose from. I usually get the cookie bars. My girlfriend loves the peanut butter chocolate cupcake. But no matter your choice, you can't go wrong. We visit 4 or 5 times a year here and always make it a point to stop in. It's a tradition.

Charming little shop with a huge variety of assorted, fresh cupcakes, ice cream and other assorted goodies. I enjoyed a lemon cupcake - light, airy lemon cake (think Angel food cake) topped with a generous amount of lemon buttercream - and a surprise dollop of lemon filling inside. Nice lemon flavored and frosting that wasn't cloyingly sweet. Sprinkled sugar on the frosting gave it a nice added texture and tastiness. Plenty of helpful counter staff that keep the line moving. We took a break from the summer heat and sat at a small table inside. Most of the tables were two tops...if not all. I don't think there were more than six small tables but most folks grabbed their goodies to go. There were probably no less than ten flavors of cupcakes that they replenished constantly.I was surprised by the amount of people that bought ice cream. Looked pretty good. They also had some limited gluten free options for those with restrictions.
