this place is a MESS. truly never been to a worse dunkin before. i’ve been coming here for 5 months now and yet to have a good experience. the workers are rude and high all the time. everything about this place sucks. my friend mobile ordered 20 minutes in advance and we still ended up waiting in the store for 30 minutes. never seen a more unprofessional and unorganized setting in my life.

?Fast, Friendly Service?Dunkin' was running a coupon-related marketing campaign, so I stopped in to grab a few items for lunch. The food and beverages both hit the spot, and the staff member working the counter was personable, efficient, and friendly. The experience added to my overall enjoyment of my time in Newport.

I don’t want to fault them for limited parking and no drive through but that is something you deal with coming here. That’s not the reason for one star though, it’s completely the service and food. My latte was made poorly, my bagel wasn’t toasted at all and the breakfast sandwich was cold. The workers were all rude none of them said thank you, and when I thanked them the could have cared less. Definitely not worth the hassle unless you’re in a pinch

The service and atmosphere of this Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely horrible. There is no kindness, you are met with attitude by most employees. When they mess up it’s somehow your fault. I live not even a block away and go to this dunkin every. Single. Day. I have never experienced worst customer service from this dunkin in my life. As a past employee of this very dunkin it’s very disappointing to be treated like this, I went through the dunkin training and this is very against what they teach you in your training videos and process. They will argue with you over what you ordered, even when being taught the customer is always right. They’ll give you attitude or dirty looks when asking for a straw because they haven’t stocked them on the outside. I’ve had to walk an employee through making my drink (large iced coffee made regular, 4 cream/sugar and 4 caramel swirl shots) AND my sandwhich, a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. Either they don’t train their employees anymore, or the employees blatantly ignore and disregard the rules. Employees hold grudges against you when they mess up your order, they give you dirty looks as soon as you walk in. Absolutely horrible and I cannot stress that enough. You will very rarely be met with kindness at this dunkin location.
