this is the worst dunkin in rhode island. don’t go here go anywhere else. every time i go here they take forever, forget things, or are just rude. i’ve never been to a worse dunkin. no other store ive ever been to has this issue. look, i understand that i really shouldn’t be expecting much. but god, the dunkin in NK is fine . this one is terrible.

Worst Dunk on the planet, very horrible service and EXTREMELY SLOW. It took 25 mins to get a ice coffee in the drive thru. (More than once) inside isn't any better these employees have zero urgency. I recommend if you're in a rush, grab a coffee from somewhere else.

Got a makiato coffee was all milk and tree wake up raps all in the same small bag not even one napkin they don’t have a problem charging u and the service sucks
Shockingly bad customer service. The employees here take pride in being slow. The franchise owner should be embarrassed. Fire everyone and bulldoze this place, sell it to someone who will actually make something that will contribute to the community. This place is a huge negative on the Dunkin' brand. It is a total joke. There are two other coffee shops within a stone throw, Corner Market Cafe and Empire Coffee. AVOID.
