Shockingly bad customer service. The employees here take pride in being slow. The franchise owner should be embarrassed. Fire everyone and bulldoze this place, sell it to someone who will actually make something that will contribute to the community. This place is a huge negative on the Dunkin' brand. It is a total joke. There are two other coffee shops within a stone throw, Corner Market Cafe and Empire Coffee. AVOID.

The espresso drinks have been consistently bad from here. It’s a shame especially since they cost more than a regular coffee.

Literally, the worst Dunkin’ that I’ve ever been to. This is the second time in the row in which I’ve received bad customer service and a large coffee with a third of the cup empty. In addition, the employees were very unprofessional and ignorant.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap and they only put in a quarter of an egg and nothing else. Not even cheese or bacon. Somehow they cut the egg in half then they cut it in half again before placing it in the wrap

The donuts are a complete and utter disappointment and disgrace to the word donut, they don't even have much of a taste. They look like microwaved donuts compared to somewhere like mas donuts. Service is horrible most of the workers don't even get the order right, some are nice though. The place looks a bit dirty some times but 🤷. In conclusion mas donuts will shut this store down soon.
