Giusto has to be one of my favorite dining experiences I’ve had in YEARS. My husband and I did the tasting menu and if you are considering trying it, you 100% should. Everything that came out was absolute perfection and each dish was better than the last. Hope was our server in training and did a great job, a fantastic addition to their team. We are so happy we tried this little gem and will definitely be returning!

Giusto may be the best restaurant in New England at the moment. I can't stop recommending this place and had to write a review. The service is top notch (Ethan was great, the Sommnelier, Stacey?, was so so kind), the food is aces (the seasonal Caesar is a stunner, the berbere sauce in the pasta is so good, the oysters - fresh, the burger - divine) , the drinks are mouth wateringly good (Castefelder White A+), and I could go on and on. This is what food should taste like. We did the tasting menu back in December and came here for lunch this past Saturday and once again it was like catching lightning in a bottle. Reservations are highly recommended, just go - its a good time! Cannot wait to go back.
Dietary restrictions: Team is very accommodating on dietary things, you just have to let them know!

We had the most beautiful food here. So good we came back a second night. I have lots of allergies and our server Ethan was brilliant as were the chefs. It is top class food in beautiful surroundings served and cooked by people passionate about what they do and it shows.

Great for special occasions or just a night out. We had the seven course tasting menu, or "Shared Dining Experience," and it was wonderful. Food was prepared with care and staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

Disappointed overall. Went to celebrate a special occasion and was rushed out in under an hour. Food was fair at best, very small tapas like portions.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had - I felt obliged to write a review! After hearing great things from friends and family, we decided to celebrate our one year anniversary here. To start, they brought us complimentary flutes of champagne! 🥂 We then began with the scotch meatball, oysters, and the beet salad. The beet salad was very unique in the best way. But hands down, the agnolotti pasta was the standout dish. 👨🏻🍳😘🤌🏼 I’m still thinking about it. We finished the meal with a scoop of salted caramel gelato. Yum! The meal was a little pricey for how small the plates are, but very much worth it for such a special occasion. We left feeling satisfied and not completely stuffed. Our server Ethan was also knowledgeable and attentive. We’ll definitely be back again to try the freestyle tasing menu. 10/10 would recommend!

From the moment we entered Giusto, we knew we were in for something extraordinary. The warm, inviting atmosphere set the stage, but it was the impeccable service that truly defined the evening. Our waiter, Isaiah, was a standout—friendly, knowledgeable, and effortlessly attentive.
We chose the “Freestyle” tasting menu, and it far exceeded our expectations. Each course was a masterpiece, with perfectly balanced flavors, meticulous attention to detail, and a celebration of seasonal ingredients. At just $55 per person, the value is incredible—delivering an experience comparable to restaurants charging $150 or more.
We were celebrating our anniversary, and Giusto made it unforgettable. From the thoughtful complimentary champagne toast to the warm recognition of our occasion throughout the evening, they went above and beyond to make us feel special. It wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience we’ll treasure for years.
If you’re near Newport, Giusto is a must-visit. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or simply looking for an exceptional meal, their creativity, service, and heart will leave you amazed.

Went here for a gno! It was all decorated for Christmas, cute and cozy! Ask to sit in the enclosed patio, heat lamps are on keeping it nice and warm! The food was delicious, all plates are small and meant to share. Overall 10/10 street parking available & credit cards accepted.

Experience felt off. We were excited, as they had been very nice on the phone but from the moment we walked in, the hospitality was nonexistent. We were greeted with blank stares instead of warm welcomes, and it took over ten minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence. Once seated, our server seemed more interested in scrolling on her phone and chatting with her manager than taking our order.
When our food finally arrived—after a painfully long wait—it was cold and bland. I politely asked if it could be reheated, and the server rolled her eyes before reluctantly taking it back. The entire atmosphere felt uncomfortable, as if we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests.
To top it off we could even hear our waitress talk about us in the back. They are not as quiet as they think they are back there. We still left them a 20% tip even though they said expected us to leave a bad one. I am not sure what we did, other than ask a few questions about the menu, that made her expect that.
After we finished eating, we waited nearly 20 minutes for the check, only to have it delivered without a word from our server. It was as if she couldn’t wait to get rid of us.
If you value good hospitality and a pleasant dining experience, I highly recommend you skip out on giusto. There are plenty of places in newport that treat their customers with the respect and warmth they deserve.

We had the tasting menu and were not disappointed. The food was fabulous!! Our server Katie.was terrific. Just the right balance of knowledge, friendliness and respect. A truly wonderful experience!!
Dietary restrictions: I have fruit allergies. Our server inquired and advised the kitchen. A question came up about an ingredient that is in the same family as one of my allergens. Katie inquired and made sure to confirm no issues.

Stunning view and superb food quality: Just don’t make the mistake of eating here when there is a big party in the restaurant. A wedding party of 12 totally crippled the service. What should be a 90 minute dinner for 4 of us is turning into beyond 2 hours.. Hey, they tried to make it right with apologies and some bread/ olive oil. I expected better service for the price. Mazel Tov to the happy couple, I am sure they had a wonderful dining experience.
