“I had a fabulous experience last night at Fermentation Class at Forty 1 North! This is a culinary experience not to be missed, attracting locals and visitors alike. I attend each time I am in town and it is always a friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable event, with each class being different and a great way to spend the evening. Each of the five course presentations is an exceptionally composed small bite with the perfect wine pairing! All of the selections last night were outstanding! The time, expertise, and thought that goes into the preparation and pairing is obvious and appreciable. Abbey is a very gracious and informative host, providing interesting details about the wine selections. The Oval Bar is lovely and creates the perfect setting. This is a food and wine experience well worth experiencing again and again whether as a couple, with a friend or small group, or enjoying solo. Wonderful atmosphere, food, and wine! I thoroughly enjoy each unique Fermentation Class every time I attend. Seating is limited, so be sure to make a reservation. Cheers!“
