Nothing horrific and can't comment on the actual popcorn...but at the price per bag with 1 other person in the store...a simple:

"hi and welcome! Let me know if I can help or answer any questions!'....

Would be nice. The employee was chatting with someone about sunglasses...which is fine...but not at the expense of acknowledging those there to shop. I've been in customer service and it's my bar for parting with money nowadays...even over quality. I'd take a decent product over an amazing product if the service provided made getting it memorable.

Needless to say...I hung out and looked at flavors for a few minutes in an empty store ..tried to make eye contact a couple of times to ask a few questions and then just bailed. One and done.

Now the spice and Tea store?!? Fabulous service and products!!! Spent $$ and will go back literally every time I'm in town.

Happened across the place walking with my friends, we’ve been back every day since. This is popcorn lovers galore and there is no bad flavor! The staff is super versed in their products and extremely kind.

Message to the company: I would like to let the company know that their sample products are extremely appreciated and their recent zesty BBQ flavor is scrumptious! Highly endorse!

Jeff was very helpful and personable. We tried several flavors. Support local business! The popcorn and variety are excellent!

We stumbled upon the temporary store in the Warwick Mall. I was amazed at the array of flavors. We ended up gifting a few bags as novelty gifts for our out of state relatives. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and threw in an extra treat. We even bought some Pupcorn! So far, every flavor we have tried has been very tasty! Would definitely recommend!

Don't walk past this gem of a shop on Thames Street! There is a fantastic variety of both sweet and savory flavors, and the buy-3-get-1-free deal is worth it! I cannot recommend the Newport Pretzels and Ale flavor high enough if you're looking for a nice, salty snack. (No actual pretzels in the bag... just a great flavor on popcorn!) I also tried the Kickin' Newport Cheddar (good!), the French Onion (not my favorite), and the Licorice flavored sweet variety (excellent if you're a strange person like me who enjoys black licorice!) Really, though... I'd go so far to say that a visit to Newport is not complete without buying at least one bag of the Newport Pretzels and Ale flavored popcorn at Inpopnito!

My family and I were in town visiting recently and stumbled upon this gem of a place. We were warmly greeted and we spoke to some wonderful folks at the store. The popcorn is definitely the best we've ever had. Plenty of samples to try! We will be ordering online in the future as we were visiting from out of state. We were pleasantly surprised to also learn that this is a small business, and we are all for supporting local businesses! For any popcorn lovers, this store is a must visit! You will not be disappointed!
