Cute little place... services was OK. Food on the other has was not very good. Lobster roll need more flavor and missing butter. Fish tacos... ugh, not good, frozen fish sticks. Clam chowder... seemed watered down, missing flavor and richness.Prices are 30% higher than others in the area. LR priced at $40 is a bit steep .There are much better places to eat.Sorry, I would not go back.

We had the lobster bisque, lobster roll, and fish tacos. Good experience. As we just returned from Ireland where we had chowders …. So, in contrast, the lobster bisque was thin. The lobster roll was quite good with full pieces of lobster filling the hot dog roll. Thoroughly enjoyed it.The meal king, however, was the fish tacos: the fish was moist and the pineapple-cilantro slaw with it was awesome. All good!

We had an early dinner and we had the restaurant to ourselves. I had the lobster roll and my husband had the oyster roll. They were both delicious and the fries, slaw, and pickles were delicious!

This felt like a hole in the wall with food / flavor combinations that were not good. I was concerned when I glanced at the menu online, but there were no places to make reservations for dinner on graduation weekend. I think we would have been happier if we had just ordered pizza and stayed in.

Saw the sign for best lobster roll. Decided to try it. It was $38 for the smallest lobster roll I've ever had. Truly felt like a joke. The roll was decent taste wise. I also ordered the lobster bisque and clam chowder. Both soups felt like the poured a cup of water into it before serving it into small bowls. It was $15 for the bisque that had 2 small pieces of lobster in it and was essentially butter flavored water. My kids ordered the chicken which felt like they just warmed up frozen chicken in the oven and threw it on a plate. The fries were easily the best part of the meal.

Wonderful service. I had the lobster bisque and fish tacos made into a bowl(not listed on the menu but a recommendation from my server). Everything tasted amazing.

The food was okay, but for the price I can't justify it. I paid $38 for a lobster roll and a $3 upgrade for fries instead of cape cod chips. I felt like for the price the lobster roll was lacking seasoning or butter. It was also a small roll, you could finish in 3/4 bites. I also got the clam chowder which was a bit too salty for my tasting, if it had less salt it would've been really good. My brother in law did get the fish tacos and I felt like those were honestly better than the lobster roll.

Made a reservation through open table. Arrived with a party of 8 to celebrate with a group of friends and the restaurant was closed. Left us scrambling. Nothing on their website about being closed.

I love Knot norms! It's a very charming restaurant though it was rly busy that day so the service was a little slow. The decor is rustic and it felt like a little seaside getaway. I got the lobster roll and my dad got the fish tacos. The lobster rolls came out around $38 which is pretty pricy, though it is based off market price. The fish tacos had fried fish which were pretty small and weren't the best fish tacos I've had regarding flavor. The little mayo dip for our fries were so tasty though! Overall very delicious food and great experience!

Was my first trip and I was blown away! Absolutely fresh and delicious food and we ordered A LOT! I even loved foods I normally don’t eat, they’re that good!! Fortunate enough to meet the owner and had “Emily” as our server who may just be the sweetest soul on earth! ??

Absolutely excellent! We had the lobster bisque, lobster roll, brisket bowl and fried chicken bowl. Every bite delicious! I have never had such an amazing lobster roll. Very generous portions. Incredible flavor. Such a fun cozy spot and wonderful people. Will come back again and again!

Came in for an early dinner and Roasted Oysters: small-sized, 4 to an-order, taste, a tad salty Lobster Roll: lobster was meaty but the flavor was a little off, lobster butter they use was confusingly white and tasted more akin to cheese than butterCrab Salad Roll: by far our favorite, not really spicy at all? But creamy, crabby, and crunchy from the onion strings Really good place with cozy coastal indoor seating. Definitely pricy but would love to come back and try more of their turf menu.

Came here for lunch with a family member during a holiday visit. Staff was friendly and attentive, but the food was lacking. Ordered oysters and we were served with frozen cocktail sauce and had to ask with for horseradish. The presentation just wasn't the greatest. I had the lobster bisque which was pretty good and my partner had the crab salad roll, which was smaller than expected. Not sure if I would come here again, or would definitely bJust come here for a light bite.

What to do when in Rhode Island after a long day of adventures and feeling hungry? Hunt for a spot with some fish tacos and lobsta rolls! My partner and I decided to give Knot Norm's a try and we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious our meal was. The menu was compact which made for easy decision making! We ordered the clam chowder, lobster bisque, fish tacos, Copps island roll, and the lobster roll. Pros: Everything we ordered was flavorful and hit the spot. I especially enjoyed the cole slaw and house made pickles that were on the side. Cons: the price point was a bit too hefty. The lobster roll came in at a whopping $38 and the fish tacos were $12. I presume it could be some inflation due to it being in a prime touristy spot? For the price point, the portions were quite small - especially the sides of cole slaw and pickles, which came in small sample-size plastic containers. Also, the rolls came with a side of cape cod chips, which was a slight disappointment, but nonetheless crunchy and tasty as chips ought be.Overall, we had an enjoyable experience and meal. Would we return to this spot? Highly unlikely, due to the hefty price tag.
