No, no - I'll give half a star for the decor but everything else is a big ole no. Why you ask...here are just a few: Waitress was extremely overwhelmed, saw the owner/manager walk back and forth a few times you would think they would pitch in, but no. She tried to memorize our orders, but then came back for a pad and paper to take the order again - sure, no problem, rather have everything correct and have to repeat our order. Except it still didn't work, we didn't receive our pancakes, but felt it an inconvenience to ask again since she was barely checking on our table. The chef refused to take any sort of request, scoop out the bagel, place in a wrap instead of on toast - maybe needs to come down a few notches this isn't exactly a 5 star restaurant. The atmosphere was choatic, disorganized and the food wasn't even worth it. Numerous complaints from all the tables around us so maybe it just wasn't their day, unfortunate.

Good. No alcohol served. BYOB.

Would not recommend. For being less then half full the service was very slow and poor quality. Took over 40minutes to get basic food and even then it was undercooked. Overpriced for the quality.

Every time I eat at the reclaimed café is a memorable experience, through the staff and the food I couldn't ask for anything better for a Café. I normally get the meat lovers omelette with extra meat and a nitro coffee. I have dined in there about a dozen times at least to the point where I am a regular. You can taste that the meats are homemade and made with lots and lots of love, The chef or prep cook definitely pours their heart out into the food they put out. Definitely my favorite place to be in the morning for breakfast or lunch

Where do I begin. We we're told it would be a 5 min wait to set up our table but instead we waited 25 in the rain. when we were finally seated they put us in a secluded room where there was no AC, it had to be 85 degrees. we sat and waited for service for another 30 min. THEN finally came the waitress. our server provided us with unfriendly and rude service. she stood five feet away from our table, barely looked up from her note pad, and gave us an incredible amount of attitude. we have never experienced a server act so uninterested and insincere. we finally placed our order only after the kitchen staff repeatedly informed our waitress that we had been waiting for our long time and were visibly upset. we should add that the restaurant was not busy at this time so there was no logical reason for this slow service. when the food came it was a mess. we ordered a burger with no cheese and no tomato and it came with nothing but tomato on burnt hamburger buns. the side salad came with no dressing. the omelets we ordered were burnt and the vegetables inside them were raw (including hard sweet potatoes that were inedible). the poached eggs on the eggs Benedict were hard boiled. and the clam chowder had raw carrots, literally enough said it was gross and we sent it back. we can tell the kitchen was working hard and since we heard them reprimanding our waitress we believe it was more of a waitstaff error than a kitchen error, either way, what we experienced was unacceptable. we were so visibly upset that the manager came over at the end of our meal without us asking. the manager was understanding of our complaints HOWEVER the waitress showed little remorse to our complaints and continued to give us attitude even when she gave her lame apology. literally go to ihop and you will have better experience.

Definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in my life. Waitress seemed like she was on some type of drug. The food was awful, it had multiple hairs in it. The water was very warm. 25 dollars for three breakfast sandwiches that nobody ate. I would've done zero stars but that's not allowed. I do not recommend this place.

Why the owners decided to change something that was working, to a mess of a place, makes no sense. Food is terrible and won't be back...the worst and slowest service on the island. Being told they are understaffed on a Saturday in the summer when they should actually be over staffed, is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!

This place is ran by a bunch of morons! Slow slow slow service. We tried to seat ourselves and the yelled at. Many open tables and no one seems to know what's going on. After being seated it for 1.5 hours for food. Horrible run business!!

Our server was darling but food was not good. ,'home fries' looked like dog kibble, scrambled eggs...minimal...sourdough toast didn't seem like sourdough and butter on toast was more like grease, coffee bitter and cold. Place is cute, but will wait for reviews to improve before returning.

I was in the area for work and discovered this place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the burger and fries. While the staff didn't ask how I wanted it cooked I just thought it was not an option. It came out within 15 minutes and was delicious. The bun was toasted just right to have a crunch but not burnt, the fries looked small but was enough to satisfy. I will definitely be back to try something else off the menu.

I ordered eggs benedict and my eggs were hard boiled. No AC. Service wasn't great. Would not recommend.

Long wait but food was great and server was great. She kept in touch with us so that was helpful. I’ll give 5 if I go back and service is quicker because that’s my only complaint.

The chef was incredibly slow. He was unsanitary - not wearing hair net, eating while cooking, and then not washing hands. The food was served an entire hour after we sat and then the eggs and pancake were served RAW! They get 2 stars for making it right by removing the cost from the bill, but regardless it’s a disappointment.

Lorusso's had the BEST muffins before the reno. Great, large, many flavors, including seasonal pumpkin, which was ridiculous. When they re-opened, they got rid of the counter full of muffins and now have just one or two small plates. I tried a blueberry. Not as good as the old ones. The old ones were $3, kind of steep but they were large. Now charging FOUR DOLLARS for a smaller muffin. No thanks. I don't like feeling ripped off to pay for your renovation. Good luck.

Over priced breakfast and poor service. You have to wait almost 45min for some sausage and eggs. Extremely unorganized. This place is far from reclaimed
