Great, great Italian food. Good service. Always delicious and a super pleasant experience. At least in the top 5 of Newport Restaraunts.

Stopped off here as we saw they had some vegan options on the menu. It was really cosy and the staff were super welcoming and helpful with our questions/menu choices. The pesto with almond parmesan was delicious! Good quality and reasonably priced, I would recommend this to anyone (particularly vegans seeking some nice Italian food!).

Vegetarian options: As well as having vegan options, some of the vegetarian options could also be made vegan on request. Bread comes with dipping olive oil in place of butter.

Gourmet Pizza???? If you have ever eaten Red Barron Frozen Pizza, I think they make the base here. Or more like it just buy it. It’s pre-made trash. I make my own crust and this was just awful. Run Away!! Salad was good and service nice. The pasta dishes all looked good though. They must do something right. But come on. I don’t know how you can face yourself in the mirror serving “pizza” like that.

This is a must-go-to if you are ever in Newport. The food is delicious. The Sogliola All'Arancio (sole in an orange sauce) is memorably good. The insalata fresco is the perfect start. Every special we've eaten or had a friend order has been "I'm getting this again" good. Love love love this place.

Vegetarian options: I did not get vegetarian, but it seems like there were quite a few options. This place is very nicer and I'm sure, to an extent, they would accommodate.

we booked a reservation online & immediately cancelled it within less than 20 min … the restaurant charged a $150 cancelation fee and then we called and the owner harassed us on phone .. not okay!

When we arrived the restaurant was empty, that should have been our “turn around, run don’t walk” sign !!
The waiter was very pleasant and attentive but the food was absolutely awful!!! We ordered pizzas , they were undercooked, smaller than an “individual /personal” pizza and had zero flavor, they were worse than a frozen Celeste pizza !! The “bread” we were served was described as “freshly toasted” - I am not sure what it was besides served warm but it too was just awful- this meal was 60.00 and not worth the paper napkin the bread was served on-

Food was meh. Ordered a pizza and we got a pizza that was a premade crust - one that you would buy in the supermarket. Fish was small dish and eh.
Chairs were incredibly uncomfortable. Small wooden chairs with no decent back support.

Pasta dishes were great. Pizza was not so good, gourmet pizza it was NOT. The crust was horrible, pillsbury crust, pizza was basically tasteless.

Came for my mother’s birthday, waited outside for 25 minutes for our table. We had a reservation at 7:30 then they said people were still at our table and suggested we sit at a table set for 4 when we are 5 grown people. We kindly said no we would like our table and we were let in at 7:55. They asked to give cake to my mother for her birthday, then charged us for the cake. Really hot inside. The plus was that our food was good, smaller portions though, and our waitress was very attentive and nice.
