Nice atmosphere and clean restaurant. Server was kind but slow at the end to get us the check. Miso and edamame was good. Deep fries sushi roll was just okay and the spicy salmon roll was stringy.
Mori Sushi is hands down one of the best hidden gems I’ve come across. I came in expecting great sushi, but what blew me away was the depth of flavor and attention to detail in every dish—especially the Bibimbap with Gochujang Sauce. Served sizzling in a hot stone bowl, the rice developed this perfect golden crust at the bottom, while the mix of fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked egg, and tender bulgogi (or tofu, if you go veggie) made every bite incredibly satisfying.
