Newport Officers' Club - US MILITARY BASE

First of all, you will need access to the base but if you do, definitely recommend the O club for lunch. They have a great selection of foods and drinks with several beers on tap. The view from the patio looking out over the water with the Pell bridge in the background is fantastic (patio closed during colder months). Love this place and will be back for more.

We did the Friday night gathering on the back porch. Nice view of the harbor. Limited menu but what we got was good. There was a band playing and it was good. Pleasant evening.

I photographed a wedding at the Newport Officers’ Club in Newport, RI, and it was absolutely beautiful. The food and service were good to above average and prices are quite reasonable, however, the view from your table during the summer is near unbeatable sitting right on the water with a view of the Pell Bridge is simply outstanding.

The lobster night was very good! Outdoor seating only. Don't forget about the tiki bar on the deck around the building no wait and great service!
