Service is always friendly and efficient. Food is excellent, Chicken Parmesan being one of our favorites. There is a wide choice of menu items including Greek and Italian dishes, many beer and wine choices. They have a small parking lot and street parking is always available in this part of town. Very reasonable prices.

Dined here in Dec 2024, pizza was excellent! We ordered a small bacon & onion. The regular (Greek) crust was crispy and tender. The bacon was in small strips and was thin and crisp as well. The Diet Coke was flowing. Perfect lunch spot for a day out in Newport.
Edit August 2025- back in town for a summer tour and we had to go to Nikolas again for pizza. While we were sad to see they aren’t open for lunch (now open at 3pm), the pizza was still 10/10. The crust is so light and crisp! Now a perfect dinner (or late lunch) spot in Newport.

Absurd prices. Dishonest tactics. Want half specialty and half one topping? They take the price of the specialty and ADD an additional topping charge. And their Large pie is actually a Medium. I will never go back and I encourage readers not to either. Cappy’s up the road offers fantastic food and Sardellos has earned our business for years with way better pizza and pasta than Nick’s.
Honestly was pretty disappointed by all the items. We waited 40 minutes for food (which if the restaurant is busy is a normal time) but half of our food was cold ? There was a hair in one of the pizzas but the service was great and they accommodated us. We also tried the gyro platter and a greek salad (never heard of a greek salad having lettuce) but it was all pretty mediocre, especially for the price
