The vibe here isn’t for children and there aren’t any food options for them either. The menu is ala cart and it doesn’t mention on the menu. The food was under seasoned and pricey for what you got. The drinks were just ok I felt bad the wait staff were trying but again it’s not their fault. Defiantly not The Best of Rhode Island!
I was in the area and looking for a brunch spot when I came across Nomi Park. We were a bit late for the brunch menu, but they were super accommodating and we were able to order. Food was great and so was service. The vibe and decor is kind of funky and cool and I loved it. Prices were very reasonable especially for the area. I only wish I had snapped some pictures to share, but I had skipped breakfast and dove right in! We will definitely be back again!
We were alittle nervous right out of the gates because the hoestest/our waitress said they were understaffed and she didn't know how well the drinks would be made. But by the appetizers we were happy we came!

I went there earlier today and had a horrible experience. First of all my glass had a lipstick stain on it, just gross. The server took forever to come to the table and they had an attitude like I was a disturbance to them for even being there. The food was mediocre and not worth the price I had to pay for it, a fillet-o-fish from McDonald's would have been more appetizing. Talked to the manager afterwards and it was like they didn't even care i had a bad experience and did nothing to try resolve the issue.
My family and I came for breakfast and we were extremely disappointed with the service. We had to ask to be seated since we were being passed by staff for a solid 10 minutes. When we finally basically seated ourselves we had to wait another 7 minutes just to receive menus. We were told they were busy meanwhile staff was putting silverware and table settings on empty tables for non-existent customers. We ended up leaving due to the rude service and not even ordering anything …who knows how long that would have even taken? 10/10 DONT recommend! If I could give this place zero stars I would.
So/So experience- short staffed, low stock in good & wine, server was frank that she didn't like the food.
The food and vibe was exceptional but the service left a bit to be desired. Staff seemed like they did not want my party there repeatedly asking for our reservation verification and then putting on a table right in front of the door. Staff seemed overworked and uninterested. Drinks were just okay and food was very good though our starter and entree came at the same time. Came for mothers day but probably will not return....
I had reservations for Mother's Day month in advance ..walked in the hostess has attitude..I told we had reservations she didn't even asked for my name ..seated us at a table by the entrance told I would have preferred a better seat gave me some excuse..so we seated at the table I didn't want ..she told me someone would be right over .15 minutes later a different waitress asked if were being waited on .. I replied no she said ok I will go get someone ..no one came over so we left. I won't go back . Maybe it was. Blessing we found a great little place.
Food and service were great. Happy cheery atmosphere. Perfect breakfast/brunch spot. Bloody Mary was great!

I was seated and then not helped for a long time. When I was finally helped, the restaurant was out of the menu item I wanted, which was the whole reason I chose this restaurant. I left without eating. There didn't seem to be anything special about this low-end hotel restaurant.

Went for dinner one night and for breakfast the next morning. The presentation of each meal was plated nicely and tasted great. They struggle with staffing issues currently, like so many other restaurants, which causes lag in service. Those that are working were excellent.
My wife and I had a brunch at Nomi Park and we were impressed by exceptional service we received during our visit. The staff members at Nomi Park were very welcoming and tried their best to ensure our 100% satisfaction with food and service. Will definitely come back when we visit Newport in the future!
Buffet was good, ordinary, but good. The price, however, of $50 per person was way, way too much for what was offered. Should have been about $30 to be a decent deal. Would not eat there again if the regular prices are anything like that. nice people though. clean too.
