Best meal of our entire trip! We came to Newport for seafood but I love Mexican and convinced my husband to try this place and I'm so glad we did! The food is phenomenal - the flavors of everything we ordered were out of this world - without a doubt this was our favorite meal of our entire vacation, wish they had a location in NY!

We called ahead and were kindly squeezed in this evening by the hostess during a very busy dinner time.
The Sticky Ribs are sensational. The sauce and the onion creating a wonderful tasty flavor.
The Lobster 🦞 Quesidilla is scrumptious. It is filled with claw meat mixed with mexican corn and cheese. It is served with an arugula salad.
The service was also excellent.

Cute outside patio, downside was the loud live music for such a small space. The queso was amazing but the enchiladas were only okay. Long wait for food but no wait for table.

Very nice outdoor seating area. Took a little while to get the food but it was very busy so to be expected! Recommend the queso fundido and blackened fish tacos.

Was hesitant to try Mexican food in Newport but this looked a bit upscale and didn’t disappoint. Unique take on some dishes with a local twist. Clearly fresh ingredients. Chips and salsa and guacamole were a huge portion and delicious. Margaritas were super tasty and came in many flavors. Went with the duck tacos which were stellar but could have used a third taco for that price. Server was great, she was patient and helpful. Would recommend to anyone and it’s obviously popular being so busy on a Tuesday night in late October.
I’d say the only downside is the 1% addition to your bill for kitchen staff. I get the message and purpose but why not just pay your staff more rather than forcing your customers to subsidize your payroll?
