Dietary restrictions: Me and my husband came on a vacation to New Port both of us only eat kosher, and this place was amazing. We ate every meal here and even took food home for dinner each night. It truly made our trip so much more enjoyable, and all of the food is delicious. Everything I tried was delicious and super filling!

Stopped in looking for a reasonable, peaceful, healthy lunch near the boat show. Root was 10/10 on all counts. If we lived here I would work my way through the entire menu! Thanks to the Root crew.

Pleasantly surprised with this place! The coconut BLT sandwich was great (very impressive coconut bacon), and the green smoothie was perfectly minty and refreshing. No gf bread options, but there were multiple grain bowl options. Will be coming back!

I used to love this place their food is great, I’ve been ordered there for a few years now. But their portions are getting smaller and smaller. Paying almost 15 dollars for an Aribba bowl with almost no rice and and no fillings. It seems as if they are cutting costs, as my bowls have become almost only salad. What once used to leave me full and satisfied as left me hungry and disappointed

Amazing food! We stopped in today for lunch and will likely stop for lunch the next couple days we are here in Newport. Had the Arriba bowl, avocado toast, and a smoothie. Our 13-month old also approved of the yummy food. ?Kid-friendliness: No high chairs, but we made it work and the owner brought us our food to help!

My wife and I stopped for a quick lunch. We had the "Arriba" bowl". Excellent combination.The service was quick and pleasant.It's a small place but there are a couple tables outside where we sat.I definitely recommend this place.

Met the owner and his wife who were so kind to me and all those who entered. Can't wait to return on our next visit!
