The atmosphere was stunning, and the service was outstanding. It fell a bit short on the food for me. The charred octopus was wonderful, but the Salmon was mediocre at best. A bit dry and just okay which was disappointing as the atmosphere is so spectacular. The pricing is very high which we knew and wouldn't mind if the food met those same standards. Overall, it was still a great evening, but we probably will look elsewhere for our next outing.

We had a wonderful experience at Remy's loose on Christmas Day! The food was amazing if a little on the sparse side and the view was also amazing. Service was A1. It was quite expensive though. We dined with two people, no alcohol and it was almost $500, so be prepared

Was disappointed how significantly the Christmas Eve menu changed from what was advertised. Also the lighting was very bright and detracted from the atmosphere. I appreciate it was busy but the staff kept saying how busy they were. Our table was not wiped and the staff were going to serve our main courses over all the crumbs from the previous courses. We are return customers and love the inn so I give this feedback because I care about its reputation.

This was by far the most luxurious and relaxing dinner experience my boyfriend and I have had. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive to our table. He was very educated on the menu and gave recommendations. The ambience and atmosphere were so luxurious. All other staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We got a view of the kitchen and you could tell how spotless and cared for it is. I cannot wait to come back for another dinner here.

The new bartender, Charlie, was amazing! Great attention to detail. Excellent tour by Kevin, with the history of the property, made our evening.

Food was Excellent! Perfect Views for lunch and the service was the best service I experienced in a very long time. Thomas I believe was his name was just absolutely amazing. You definitely get what you pay for and I will pay again and again just to have the delicious food and service.

I had a solo birthday dinner here & it was amazing. I ordered the Negroni Mocktail & Scallop Carpaccio. The flavors meshed very well together & everything was fresh. The bread & butter was amazing. The Spanish Octopus was such a delicate dish & the sauce was outstanding. The Opera Cake was very decadent. This restaurant had beautiful ambience & I loved the background music. The staff was so kind to me; especially my server, Izzy, & the chefs, Natalie & Tom. Natalie handmade some beautiful chocolates. I feel blessed to have had this experience at Remy's. Thank you guys 💕

Inexperienced server with a lack of common sense. He spilled the wine down the glass and didn't even attempted to clean it up. The server poured the wine at the table vs it coming from the bartender resulting in two short glasses of wine. The chicken was a weird texture and an unappealing gray color. The chairs were uncomfortable, heavy and hard to move close to the table. Disappointing dinner especially since we were celebrating our anniversary.

The combination of bad service and terrible food overpowered the beautiful setting. Someone really needs to rethink this restaurant. They are wasting what could be a premier destination in Rhode Island by providing subpar food at high prices. Someone should also review the staff and provide training where needed.

Bar was inviting and ambiance was wonderful. Unfortunately the food was spectacularly disappointing. The entrees were cold and appeared to our pallets that the meat dishes (chicken and lamb) had just been warmed up not cooked fresh. The berry and cream dessert was not an elevated adult dessert more of a mush.

Remy's Loose at The Chanler is one of our most favorite places to go. We love to dine at "off hours", so it is generally quiet. The service, the atmosphere and the food are top notch!

Pleasant server, pretty environment, but the menu was so limited and very pricey! No problem paying a lot of money for a special dinner however, emphasis on a very limited menu; no salad offerings, main dishes came with sparse amount of vegetables. We would have been happy to order a potato of some kind, vegetables of some kind, but this was not available on the menu. The food was very bland, unremarkable and small portions. We did not eat our because it just was very bland tasting and lacked seasoning.

Way too expensive for food that was sadly almost inedible. (The chicken dish was particularly bad- weird texture and raw potatoes. Yellowtail entree was okay.) Ambience as nice and service was good...but the food needs to be good for a restaurant to survive. We won't be going back!
