I end up here with boozy friends every time I visit Newport, and it never fails to disappoint. Menu is uninspired and poorly executed, service is reluctant at best. The space itself is nice, particularly the patio, but I always leave fearing someone has pilfered my card. Best I can say about it is that they have Save the Robots on tap, which will trick you into an intoxicated state far more intense than you intended.

My family and I visited on busy Thursday evening. However the bartender was not phased and attended to all customers in good timing! I highly recommend the painkiller it was amazing. The wings and onions were also pretty good. This place is about a 6 minute drive from the Cliffwalk.

Had a great afternoon here on a day trip from QM2. Good selection of reasonably priced food and drink. Great atmosphere with the locals and barman.
Highly recommend. We had a great day 🍻
