A simple solution to the dilemma would be, when you are busy put a sign at the end of the bar that reads: If you want a drink please come to the other end of the bar and form a line. You may be good but don't ever think that you cannot be replaced. If you are rude to customers then that will drive drive business away. I'm going to give you guys another chance. Remember that the customer is always right even if they are wrong.
