Waterfront location with fabulous 180° view, watch ferries and sailboats come and go. Large bar, TVs. Inside n outside dining.

Great food, then add the views, the atmosphere and the location … perfect stop on the days adventures. It was a surprise find and I will definitely be back.

The server we had was perfectly pleasant, but the hostess, who was chowing down on chicken fingers at her stand when we walked in, acredits annoyed we were disturbing her with our arrival. Once she finally bothered to look up, she licked her greasy fingers, picked up our menus with them and grumpily delivered us to our table. The other servers and bussers also had pusses on their faces while they did the bare minimum required of them and then returned to eating the fries left sodas left for them by the service station and played on their phones. The food was fine (not bad, not great) and probably priced the way one would expect in Newport, but the staff as a whole were unhygienic and clearly put upon to have to work for their checks. Would not recommend or return.

Very disappointed with the quality of the lobster roll and surprised when there was an additional $14 charge for it heated with butter. Not very transparent at all.

My california sister took my wife and I here while visiting from the east coast. Appears it is one of three calm/seafood bars this outfit owns in the SF area.
Been to all three and there is no difference in the quality, service or atmosphere.
Relaxed settings, about the freshest raw oysters, clams, etc. I've had anywhere, along with friendly, attentive service.
Around the Bay area, I'd recommend any location.

Came here for lunch, got the hot Bonnie roll (lobster roll), the meat was so tough… the toughest lobster meat ever. Not worth it. Over priced ($48 for the toughest lobster roll!) 👎
Good food with a great view! Our waiter was very helpful with info about the area.

Easy and fun spot if you are looking for a restaurant with good views! We stopped in after one of the sunset sailing tours and were happy to be warmed up with some clam chowder soup. The food was okay but not amazing so this is more of a spot if you have a large party or want water front scenery as there is a ton of seating. Their lobster roll is served cold so if you aren’t a big lobster person, wouldn’t go for that. The fish and chips were fine, can’t really mess up fried fish :) would probably still go back if with a group. Service was pleasant and there’s plenty of TVs if you’re trying to catch a game.
