Wednesday night dinner with the wife!Greeted and seated quickly by the friendly hostess! Shelby our waitress promptly brought bread and cheese to the table. The bread was fresh and soft. The clams vongole was the best I ever had and its my death row meal. Wife had the striped bass special. Get the Newport Dine out book its good here in the offseason!
We read homemade pasta on the menu so that led us to pick the restaurant. We were disappointed that it wasn't housemade. I chose the house made pappardelle and mushroom chef special, but it was actually fettuccine. The flavors were good but pasta was not homemade. We didn't have a reservation but were happy they could seat us right away Tuesday night around 6. It was busy. We had to ask for a wedge for the outdoor table since it was rocking. Service was good, flavors...
We came for dinner on a Saturday night - the Osso Buco was amazing - fall off the bone delicious!!! The bolognese was also extremely tasty and the service was top notch. We definitely recommend visiting
