I walked in to get a cup of coffee this morning. Seven people working behind Register/counter. Not one of them acknowledged me stood there for about two minutes with nothing walked out. Apparently manager there does not know how to make his employees have good customer service. Seven people there. There should be no reason for nobody to stand around and wait at the register.

I have been going to this Starbucks for a few months. They always get my order correct and they are all very friendly. They play great music inside and have comfortable seating. I am very happy to have this Starbucks close by.

I wanted an ice coffee with the condensed sweetend milk. The 2 youg guys didn't know what that was. I don't remember the name. It comes with 4 pumps.I ordered the ice coffee with sweet cream. Couldn't see any cream in it. And although much ice. $5.50 for a small.

The drive-thru moves rather quickly even if it looks backed up. Parking is a challenge because adjacent is Power Yoga and when they have their patrons there they take over the whole parking lot. The staff is generally friendly and attentive. Could do a better job on keeping the bathrooms clean and the overall store area.Vegetarian options: Vegan options are very limited. Vegetarian options are plentiful.Parking: Power Yoga takes over the parking lotWheelchair accessibility: The doors are difficult to pull open upon answering should you be in a wheelchair. You would need assistance.

The blondish/red head girl at the drive thru was rude. I tried ordering ahead but apparently didn’t give them enough time so she handed me my coffee and told me to give them 5 minutes before showing up next time (not a single car besides mine was in the drive thru at the time). I have an 8 month old baby sleeping in the back seat so can only do so much.

Ordered a Turkey pesto and it actually came with NO TURKEY ON IT! Also I ordered a drink with 5 shots and it's so week and light it probably has only 2. This is awful and they seemed so annoyed. Not ok. Spending what I spend I expect and deserve way better.
