Friendly staff, drinks are always made very quickly and taste great! I brought my dogs through the drive through today and they really enjoyed the puppachino! ��
Had a few bad experiences with service in the past but everyone here has been great lately. I just have to say...I don't understand why all the syrup is put at the bottom of the cup. It doesn't move when you take a sip so there is no flavor coming from it. I would think it would be added on top of the coffee. I also ask for extra ice everytime and barely any is ever put in. I wouldn't even consider it a normal amount. Today was the first day they actually put it in.
Always have the best service coming into this location. Couldn't ask for a better group or people working at the North Kingston, RI location.

The Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The staff is consistently described as super friendly, welcoming, and quick. The drive-thru is one of the quickest and easy to go through, with employees who are very thorough and efficient. The space is clean and usually quiet, with easy on/off access to the highway. Ordering ahead through the app is a favorite feature, and the hot dark roast blend is the best. However, there are some disappointments. After a recent remodel, there is way less seating and more bar space, which feels long and awkward. On one occasion, only the drive-thru was open despite a note posted, which was disappointing. The same quality remains, with everyone always super quick and nice.
