This restaurant has a great location and a relaxed atmosphere that has drawn us in for years to enjoy one of my favorite menu items in Rhode Island. Unfortunately, the Ahi Tuna Tacos are no longer available, and the replacement menu is quite disappointing. In a recent visit, we were not impressed with the food and were also disappointed that the prices were a bit inflated for what we received. I’m always happy to pay more for atmosphere and service when the food is good, but...
The atmosphere is great and the food is good, however it is a little on the pricey side. You are definitely paying for the view. The worst thing is the horrendous drinks. I have been going here for 7 years and the drinks were always on the lighter side but tasty. The last six months or so the drinks just suck and are over priced.
Beautiful view of Wickford marina/inlet, waitress and assistant were good. Mussels very flavorful and cooked perfectly, my son's chowder also very good. He loved his mahi mahi sandwich, my wife and I enjoyed the blackened cod with coconut rice and broccoli.
