Today I was out buying ice cream with my son and decided to stop by Cali Taco. I ordered a tostada, and they told me it would be about 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes passed, I asked about my order, and the cashier went to the back. Then I heard them arguing about my order, so I grabbed my daughter and left. The food is really good—I always recommend this place. This is the first time something like this has happened to me.

California Taco Shop is a new cali spot that offers superb food and great customer service. Reviewers state it's the best tacos they've ever had in their entire life, with insane flavors packed to the max with fresh ingredients and homemade meats. The food is always good, making it a favorite go-to spot. Even with a large order, management's quick and accommodating actions resolved any issues, showing great management and customer service.
The atmosphere received a 3, with some finding the music blaring, making conversations hard. However, the food was superb, and service was good. While utensils were plastic, the focus remains on the food.
For a new location, the customer service is accommodating, with staff going the extra mile to add sauces to meals when online ordering has limitations. While some sauces were thick and separated, the overall taste and deliciousness of the food were highlighted. Grilled chicken is seasoned to perfection and bursting with flavor, setting it apart from other taco shops. The attention to detail in seasoning and consistency in quality impress. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. Though tacos are described as a little skimpy, they are flavorful.
