Don’t get me wrong, I like Honey Dew, but at this location, it all depends upon whose working of you get the right order.

I ALWAYS order the same thing: ham, egg and cheddar on a plain bagel. 1 out of 11 times it is correct. Because it’s been wrong soo many times I made sure to confirm at the window that it had cheddar. The man at the window asked the girl and she said yes. Well they LIED, AGAIN! I am so sick of paying for something I won’t eat. Mistakes are mistakes but don’t lie to me. So now I don’t tip.

I am very disappointed at how my wife was treated just now, the server or barista if you will is named Billie Jo, just because you have a mans name, does not mean you need to be as rude and ignorant as one. Hope your day gets better and you learn to treat those around you how you would like to be treated.

I just didn't understand why there are more DD than honey dews in Rhode Island. The bagels are bigger and better. They have more of a selection. Coffee is better and they have triple the amount of flavors. I just really wish they was closer to me!! I have a DD every other street!!

I typically would not do this type of review, but I am extremely annoyed. I purchased a coffee this morning and took it, but the lid was not clicked into place so it went all over my car and myself. Hot coffee on my leg was not pleasant, I informed the server and I was met with “it was those guys”. So I drove off, the lid continued to pop off and continued to go all over my car. I had to pull off the side of the road just to deal with it. Sorry, but I will never go there again. This was the 2nd issue I have had sadly, but wanted to give a second chance and this is what I got for it.

The owner is rude and doesn’t care about his customers and he said if you don’t like it, you can go to Dunkin’ Donuts so I suggest everyone just goes to Dunkin’ Donuts because he’s trying to charge you for things that he has no right to charge you for terrible customer service honestly he shouldn’t be in the business. He told me to tell everybody to go to Dunkin’ Donuts so we should just go to Dunkin. Let’s stop keeping people in business who don’t deserve to be. There’s no reason or rhyme to be as rude and miserable as this man was this morning.
And I did go to Dunkin like he said and I had no issues and that’s why I’m going to stick to what I know best

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm beyond upset. I specifically ordered a decaf black coffee and what I got was definitely not decaf. I'm all jacked up right now, and I gave up caffeine for the new year for health reasons. I told them clearly it had to be decaf—this is not just a preference, it's important. Tried calling, but the phone number doesn’t work, and there’s no email listed either. This is not okay. Someone who can’t have caffeine could be seriously affected. Please fix this.

Bad service. The young girl who served me today was very rude and asked her for a large latte coffee she said she could only make a medium she made it very unpalatable the sandwich was the same I was in another one yesterday and there was much better service. I would not advise anyone to buy anything here and I will never go back to this cafe again. The coffee that's on me did such a terrible job that I just threw it away. I don't have time to argue with them, so I left and I'm never coming back.

Spent over 20 min in the drive thru for cold food. They claimed the reason for them taking too long was because there is only one oven. Because of them taking over 20 minutes I was late to work. Thanks for that.

Upper management needs to come in and just start fresh with all new staff if they are going to be rude and slow then what’s the point if customers aren’t coming back because of awful service

Trash, I'll never go again. You can't even sit down for a sec & think about what you want without them coming out and harassing you to either order or go outside. Terrible service I honestly think they were being racist.

The slowest service in a coffee shop ever! I tried to drive-thru I tried to walk in multiple times the whole place set up in a slow mode, not to mention located on a very busy intersection and difficult parking set up.
