Spent over 20 min in the drive thru for cold food. They claimed the reason for them taking too long was because there is only one oven. Because of them taking over 20 minutes I was late to work. Thanks for that.

Upper management needs to come in and just start fresh with all new staff if they are going to be rude and slow then what’s the point if customers aren’t coming back because of awful service

Trash, I'll never go again. You can't even sit down for a sec & think about what you want without them coming out and harassing you to either order or go outside. Terrible service I honestly think they were being racist.

The slowest service in a coffee shop ever! I tried to drive-thru I tried to walk in multiple times the whole place set up in a slow mode, not to mention located on a very busy intersection and difficult parking set up.

This location used to be great. Service has gone downhill. I ordered bagels and cream cheese to go could not get a simple order correct. Called today to obtain correct ordered items on line phone number not working. I used to go all the time will not be back.

The staff was friendly. The coffee was better than I expected. Or remembered, and I hadn't onion bagel with him. Egg and cheese, and it was actually really good

This location went out of their way to commend my request. I was looking for an sandwich called monte cristo sandwich that honey dew use to do. Steph and Lexi called they manger to get the recipe and made it for me. they were very friendly and help. thank you ladies.

Steph knows how to make a coffee!!! My medium iced smores 6n6 is always right when blessed by her hands. This is such a big deal, my sister came over from Boston, Ma for the weekend and I took the drive to mineral springs to get our coffees done RIGHT. This IS the best Honey Dew in RI and it's because of employees like Steph.

The girl at the drive thru and the lady making the sandwiches were going back and forth as to what bag/sandwich was mine. The lady making the sandwiches (with an attitude) told the girl at the register that she had the wrong bag in her hand and then gave her another bag and said “this is her bacon egg and cheese”. And of course it the wrong order.

Just got an iced cold brew, cream no sugar. Tasted like a rung out sweat sock. Truly gross, had to trash it.The inside of shop smelled great though!

Great staff!

I used to come here every single day last fall season for my caramel apple cider and I was shocked when I went to go and get my first one of the season this year to find out that it’s doubled in price!!! Last year I was paying anywhere from 3 to 4 dollars for it and this morning I was charged $8.36!!! When I asked the cashier why it was that price she seemed annoyed with me and then read out my receipt to me where I found that it has gone up 100% in price (and they charge extra for syrups now apparently). I understand that inflation is a thing but come on now this is really absurd and out of pocket. As a business how do you expect to have returning customers when prices increase by that much? I’m so disappointed because I was a loyal honeydew customer but after this I just feel super disrespected
