I made an order for pick up and came a little after the time it said it was ready on the app. After coming inside and approaching the counter, all of the staff looked at me then completely ignored me for over 10 minutes. It looked like there was 2 workers out of the 5 that were actually doing something. Someone else came in and a staff immediately approached him asking how they could help them. Pizza Hut is still a blast from the past
I placed an order for delivery. The order took over an hour to get here, the food was cold and the order was incorrect. I called the store to see if they could give me a refund or correct my order and I was put on hold for over 25 min before I hung up. While the food can be good the service was absolutely horrible. Spoke to two people and was placed on hold twice for over 20 min.
