Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I got home and opened my box and had old dried up chicken. How do you serve someone food like that? It's absolutely ridiculous.

I'm very surprised at this place has got 2.9 on its reviews. I wouldn't give it any more than a -1. Wanted the $6 box she says they don't have it anymore but I saw it on TV that day. Never going in there again never

Boy this has to be one of the worst Popeyes in RI. Regularly running out of food and not answering the phone. Someone needs to take some control of this location because youre missing out on a ton of money by having all these problems. How on earth can they not answer the phone at 8pm??? Its unreal. They just dont care and they regularly forget stuff in doordash orders also. Such a shame. Everyone loves Popeyes, usually. And the owners copy paste robot response reflects the lack of attention and love in this location. Tsk tsk.

Eventually friendly service but stood and waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Zero other people in the Drive-Thru or in the dining room

We walked to eat inside, was terrible experience the guy taking the order was on his phone while talking to us . Have no coleslaw and no napkins.

This location is horrible! I called to the store 7 times right after I placed my order to add more items with no answer. I used their website first time. I asked to talk to the manager and he just smiled at me. Not recommended!

The quality of food sucks. For example, the Classic Chicken sandwich use to be worth the wait. It was juicy, crisp, and the meat melted in your mouth. Now, food has mimicked the poor customer service. Staff barley can speak English and order is messed up majority of the time. So 😔!

The chicken here is amazing! Even better than you know who. The biscuits are a dream. Anthony Bourdain favored this tasty chicken over the other famous one.

I would give a zero if I could, I couldnt wait a minute more to try the food. When you order a 3pc strip with ff and you wait 40minutes while 5 people after you who also ordered strips got their food. The manager can apologize all he wants and tell me it is one more minute, but what he is really saying is he can't manage a store. Most popular dish is strips, 5pm and line out the door, there should of been 3 baskets of chicken dropped within that 40 minutes I waited.
I wasn't mad, Popeyes will get another sucker to wait and pay at that location. I enjoyed from another location.
