Twin's Pizza

1st time getting food from twins i ordered on the phone at 445pm on a Friday, 1 large pizza and a fish and chip was informed a 70 min wait. figured they must be that good for a wait that long arrived pizza was done sitting on a table, fish hadnt even been started, waited additional 10 min for fish got home pizza room temp, soggy and wet, fish looked like 2 fish sticks glued together flatter than the fries. ate a 1/4 to 1/3 and threw the rest away. this place is trash. over $40 bucks for pure crap go to rosa mia or caserta for quality pizza

Best pizza in RI. Hands down.

Have been going here for years & now I will not return & it’s a shame. Nine hour day working yesterday thought about twins pizza was like OK we’re gonna order dinner. I ordered a pizza a sandwich and wings special request when I called the guy who answered the phone had about as much ambition in his voice as it was just a horrible experience on the phone so I should’ve kind of picked up on that but that’s my fault. Live and learn. I tell him how I want the wings cooked. I said I wanted the pizza cooked and I also said how I wanted like my sandwich everything comes back now mind it’s over 40 bucks which I don’t mind paying for something that’s quality food which twins always had Quality food and that’s why I would continue to go there get the food home the pizzas like a soggy piece of bread on the crust it’s all like soggy underneath. They didn’t even really cook it. The wings were mush I asked for them well done and the sandwich terrible put together by like a toddler and it’s really sad and I’m not going back and I could’ve called to complain and ask for my money back, but it’s not even about that at this point, the service and quality was terrible. Shame on twins.

Just awful dirty old place when I left I saw a big giant cockroach right out side door how do u order pizzas and they screw them up with a pasta order then they want u to wait 1/2 hr or more tho they don't say get do u want a water or a soda or a desert when it's their fault that's how u keep a customer another customer walked out mad wow a employee was cutting deli meat at the counter my partner saw that from a table he saw not legal with the boh can't go anymore old dirty not nice staff they stand and whisper about u when they make errors another made error with someones change it x how many orders can u screw up pizza guy looked dirty and disheveled kids didn't want to wait place needs a real deep cleaning lady at register only interested in her cell phone give people a drink or desert when u make them wait for ur mistakes it's what u do kids are impatient well not sure what goes on there I almost dropped food when I saw this roach in front of door Yuko 🤢 gross pizza undercooked blah

We have been going to Twins pizza since the day it opened its doors! We lived nearby and it was a weekly staple for us. We do not get back to RI often enough but we ALWAYS make time to grab dinner at Twins. From soup to nuts the value of the menu is great especially in this day and age. The pizza was great as always and our waitress was fantastic. Very friendly and family oriented eatery. If casual and fun is what you are after then TWINS is the place for you! Get out there and support family businesses! Thank you TWINS for a lifetime of simple and wonderful experiences for me and my famiglia! Grazie Mille!

This is a place a friend of ours goes for casual family gatherings, so it definitely has a lot to offer! My rating is simply based on twice I went.. There was a few fruit flies surrounding our wine, chicken parmesan could be better, and the light was very dim for a family that needs a bit more light. Worth a visit to try it out for yourself!

So sad to write this… I’ve been coming here since the mid 70s and the service in the last few years has been awful. It takes an inordinate amount of time for one small pizza…40mins in the mid afternoon with no one here. It’s been this way the last two times I’ve been here.

I like the old style building. They serve pizza made like someone cares about it so they are one of the only two pizza places I still go to.
