Ichiraku Ramen & Fusion (North Smithfield)

I was expecting more from the new location, bad service. (Had to go to several tables to get our own utensils napkins and soy sauce bowl. We ordered 4 different things which all came at different times. The sushi I ordered off of the regular menu was great, the lunch special sushi was barely holding together and not cold. Need to try harder

Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, beyond pleasant staff, and memorable experience. Have been here a number of times since they opened and have not had a bad experience. Can’t recommend enough! Great hibachi and sushi!

First time in this location Came here to meet with a friend for lunch, had the lunch bento box was pretty decent meal for $15 great location.

I absolutely loved this place. I first came here is my bf, but have now taken myself out to lunch here, too.

I have gluten and dairy allergies and haven't been able to have hibachi in so long, so this has been a real gem. I used to love to go out to hibachi, and now I can again.

The menu isn't clearly labled for gluten allergies, but they use a gf soy sauce, so most things can be made that way.

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free options, if you ask.

Went to pickup takeout for the first time on a Friday night, surprisingly the place was dead. Food wasn't horrible, but definitely wasn't fresh. Dry and tasted like it may have been frozen at one point. Was disappointing, we were excited to try this place out after reading reviews.

Joanna was absolutely fantastic! She made our first visit to the new Ichiraku Ramen and fusion spot unforgettable with her warm and welcoming personality. Nice new place in town, finding their footing for sure but the food is great and the drinks are strong. Sushi is clean and tasty with the freshest wasabi i've had. Shoyu tonkotosu broth was killer! Crab rangoons were hot and fresh 10/10.

I feel spoiled having such local ramen!

Just went here,
Food- we got the duck ramen (WHICH WAS AMAZING), a couple hibachi plates (bland and the salad dressing was so, so wrong), Beef teriyaki sticks (were surprisingly cooked to fall apart deliciousness), gyoza (almost hollow-BUMMER empty wantons), and a spider roll (typical quality but no soysauce plate?).

the interior- is cute but kind of a let down everywhere that isn't the ramen bar specifically

while it was a bummer the hibachi flavors weren't there, the worst part was that our server rushed so bad that she asked us for our appetizers, and suggested she would stagger the orders then asked for our entrée orders.

-surprise, surprise she didn't. actually the food arrived in the exact order of how long each item took, we got our sushi at the end after I had forgotten we ordered it despite ordering it as an appetizer.
-I'm not the type to bus my own plates but given we we're brought sample plates twice and since nothing was bussed the entire time on top of items arriving whenever instead of in any format as you could expect anywhere else-our table was full, to which our server put the new plates as they arrived wherever she could.

Spent 160$, was really let down and kind of embarrassed at how much work I had to do myself while I was a dinner. I basically bussed my whole table and then paid full tip as if I didn't.

Maybe return for a bowl of ramen at the bar but never for anything else.

Food was horrible. The ramen tasted dry and bland. The waiter spilled water, and took forever to get the bill when no one was there. Gave me dumplings with no soy sauce since it suppose to come with it. Over all I will not be coming here . First experience is everything
