Get orders wrong almost every time.Food not fresh. Don't forget to specifically ask for napkins, there won't be any in your bag. Straws are cardboard.Don't listen when you order or mark differences on wrappers when asked, time after time after time-so others in car or home have to just eat whatever they put in, usually don't "hold this" or "hold that" and mark wrapper.Not safe for those with food allergies, let alone preferences. this place was super disorganized and the WORST taco bell i have ever been to. they gave me the wrong order multiple times. i WILL NOT be returning to this taco bell ever again. #smithfieldcrossing is way better.

Walking in the first door, all you smell is the public restroom. Walking in to the restaurant, you still smell the bathroom. It's very unappealing and need a better way to ventilate.
