Sushi is always decent but the service is endlessly disappointing. Not the slightest bit of friendliness, no would you like dessert, just the check tossed at you and about 4 words in between. I’ll just keep ordering takeout but I’ll probably come back because it’s close and ok.
The service was exceptional. The waiter knew exactly when we needed to order, when to refill our drinks, and get our check. He always made sure to keep our waters topped up, and frequently (maybe one more time than needed) checked up on us.

My fiancé and I live about 2 minutes away from Yama Fuji and go there/order takeout very often! The food is always delicious, the servers are great, very kind, and quick, and the atmosphere is very chill. We love it here!!
