My sister visited the establishment yesterday to purchase food for our mother. Upon receiving her order from an employee named Krystal, she noticed that the portion of fries was significantly lacking. Politely, she requested a proper serving. Unexpectedly, Krystal reacted by forcefully taking the bag back and, after a hostile exchange, proceeded to fill it with more fries. And she is supposed to be mangment.This situation escalated when another employee, Amy, intervened with offensive language and physical aggression towards my sister. Amidst this confrontation, Krystal exhibited further unacceptable behavior by spitting in my sister's face. During this altercation, another staff member, described as having long hair, a heavier build, and tattoos, and who seemed to be in a managerial position, called the police without addressing the issue at hand.When the police arrived, without inquiring into the incident, they physically subdued my sister, who weighs 110 lbs, and arrested her without providing the mandatory reading of her rights. This action was taken despite the aggressive behavior of the staff involved, who appeared amused by the situation.

I will say the interiors kept up nicely, and I believe that the staff are genuinely generous and helpful.But being greeted at the speaker with laughter and foolishness, seemed fine until they gave the person in front of me my order on accident…I get it… you guys will have fun at work, but please just pay attention to your basic tasks. I was asked to pull up behind the back door which I didn’t mind until I waited 10-12 minutes for a simple chicken sandwich and a fry. ?♂️What’s up guys?

Visit Burger King at 91 Cedar street in Pawtucket RI the food was delicious the employees were very nice and pleasant. The General Manager was very friendly and very polite. I will return to the restaurant again.
