Ordered through the app and was not informed that there were items missing from the Dragon Ball Super meal I ordered. When I asked about the missing toy, I was informed that they have them in stock but cannot give them out, and there is nothing they can do to remedy this except have me go through the app to receive a full refund.

Careful when you get your food it made right half the time they can't even make a double cheese without forgetting the 2nd slice of cheese
