It would be nice to step inside, rather than wait outside if you're not using the drive thru.

All it takes is one bad experience to make sure customers don't return. I put in a mobile order for a coffee. Showed up 8 minutes later. This location has an outdoor pickup window instead of indoors, so I walked up and waited a few minutes. I saw employees inside, and there were only two cars in the drive thru. I ring the bell.
