“WOW! We are truly blown away with how delicious all the food was! We did a buffet style dinner and staff were helping with serving food, picking up plates, and making sure all our guests had plenty of water. They also cut our cake and served it to guests. I don’t want to be biased, but I think that was the best wedding food I’ve ever had. All of our guests LOVED the food and they are still raving about it days later. Thank you B&M!! We have so many good things to say about them we don’t know where even to begin.Mark was highly communicative and helpful during one of the busiest wedding seasons. He was great with my mom, who helped kick off and end the process. And patient with me while navigating planning a wedding in under eight months.The food. It was fantastic! Every guest we talked to said the food was delicious, the staff friendly and attentive, and the organization on point.401 Gourmet rose to the occasion and nailed every element of the night. “Went here for the first time recently and was happily surprised. I figured it would be smokey but it wasn't although there weren't many people there as it was late. I had an Italian sub that was great except, I wish the chef would have cut all the way through the roll rather than slice into it as all the meats, got bunched up. So the sub ended up with one side full of the ingredients and the other much less, I thought I could fold it in half but that didn't work as the roll was to thick. Also, the till was today's which I liked. I will get it they're again but I will ask to have it cut in half, otherwise I don't want it. My friend got wings and she was satisfied, thought they were very good. Wr agreed that we would put this on one of our go to places. Also, she smokes cigarettes so it was nice that she could in there. I don't smoke but none of it bothers me. A really cool find! The atmosphere was very cozy, warm & welcoming. The furniture and decor was authentic and impressive, overall a very welcoming and unique find.“

“Sandeep and his crew did an amazing job of catering our wedding! He helped us craft the perfect menu for our budget and our group. At the last minute, we learned that we would need servers to serve the buffet (per CDC guidelines for COVID-19) and overnight Sandeep coordinated a crew of 4 servers to stay with us for a very small fee. He personally made plates for my wife and I so that we would be sure to eat during the busy day and treated our guests with incredible kindness. All of our guests were raving about the delicious food and awesome service the next day!“

“Have been to a lot of pig roasts, but Carl Cordeiro and his team do one Hell of a Job. .. by far the best I've had the pleasure of being a part of. Their ritual style preparation of pig roasting was amazing too watch, turn after turn and constant rotation as well continuous basting... through the hours of their roasting of the pig the aroma grew better and better by the hour. And during the whole time their camaraderie was amazing. I truly enjoyed being a part of it. then got to partake in the eating of said awesome pig... I would recommend Good too the Bone Pig Roast for any type of party or fundraiser!!!“

“What an incredible experience! So delicious, so fresh, so creative, down to earth, phenomenal food served so hot and proper. Being a sucker for Jamaican cuisine, I absolutely had to have Ja Patty at my family’s Labor Day bash. When the truck rolled in and the grills got fired up, I knew this was going to be a treat. Celebrating with around 150 friends and family is made better with top notch food. When the crowd raves of the flavors, the choices, the tantalizing smells, and you hear comments like “those are the best wings I have ever had” or “this is the best food I have had at your party ever!” You know you made the right choice. “We used Cabral's Catering for our wedding this past weekend and behind the rave reviews for our amazing DJ, the reviews for the food were second on the list. It was absolutely DELICIOUS. We went with a BBQ theme- pulled pork, chicken thighs, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, green beans, corn bread and OF COURSE Portuguese rolls. Sonia and Armando knocked it out of the park. The mashed potatoes were the best I have ever had. So much so that I found myself in the back of the kitchen eating them after dinner was done because I didn't have as much as I wanted while mingling with our guests! The price was spot on for what they delivered. Sonia was so easy to work with, keeping me in the loop the whole time. I really truly appreciate what they delivered for our special day. “What an amazing caterer! Our wedding was coming up and I always dreamed of a beach wedding. We needed to have a Kosher dinner and I really wanted a barbecue. Padraig Keane and his team had never done a Kosher wedding before but was eager to do one. He purveyor was able to supply all of the Kosher meats and fish. He followed all of the dietary laws to the letter. The food was out of this world. My guests had never tasted such delicious brisket and salmon. The set up and execution was flawless. We are still talking about the brisket. His staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I would absolutely recommend Keane’s Wood-Fired Caterers whether you need Kosher or not.
