“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

“Stopped by on my lunch break and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and wow, it was smackin’! The spice was just right, the chicken was super fresh and tasted real, not that processed stuff. The fries were crispy, golden, and so hot I literally burned my mouth trying to eat them because they were that good. I’ve been thinking about that meal all day! Definitely going back soon. I can’t decide if I want to try the lamb gyro, chopped cheese, or steak and cheese next they all sound amazing!

“We came in at 11pm at night and Briannah has a Big smile on her face and was so sweet and I told her how much it meant we just went through having a flat tire after driving from Texas and were tired and just having a day and Briannah was such a bright light and I could tell that is just who she is all the time! “I placed my first order through GrubHub, but can't find a link there to leave a review. The burrito wrap was huge, probably two pounds of good food. I also ordered the 12 piece wings only but got 6 wings and fries. Both the wings and fries were good, but I want more wings ?. Not a big deal because now I know the fries are good! ? “I had to write a review as I received the best customer service yesterday. I placed an order online and got caught in traffic. The manager called my husband to make sure everything was alright and that I didn’t go to the wrong location. Talk about customer service!! Me and my son walked in and I joked I felt like I was walking into cheers- 3 workers said my name so they could get my order ready. That’s right- they waited until I got there once my husband explained I was running late to make sure my food was hot!! I wish I got everyone’s names. They were honestly the nicest people and I think that deserves recognition.“

“Live nearby 1st time stopping at this branch. Must say was pleasantly surprised food was hot,fresh and delicious. Staff were very professional and efficient I was in restaurant for less than 5 minutes and on my way and there were at least 7 customers in restaurant... My visit was on 4/1/2025 @2:38pm neuza took my order ticket number #3926. Will definitely frequent this branch as all the above has met and exceeded my expectations.“

“First time. I let others hype the food up prior to my visit, so had high expectations. Fries were okay, bread was okay. Tenders were good, not great. Got a couple kids meal, no prizes given. Had to ask, said they might of ran out. Oh well. I'd go 3.5 stars. If I had a RC in town maybe I'd go again. Def won't be going out of my way for one .“
