“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

“Live nearby 1st time stopping at this branch. Must say was pleasantly surprised food was hot,fresh and delicious. Staff were very professional and efficient I was in restaurant for less than 5 minutes and on my way and there were at least 7 customers in restaurant... My visit was on 4/1/2025 @2:38pm neuza took my order ticket number #3926. Will definitely frequent this branch as all the above has met and exceeded my expectations.“

“First time trying this chain and would return. I got the 4 pc box, the fiance got the biggest box (sorry, can't remember what they're called). I only received 3 tenders, but didn't mention it because I wasn't finishing the meal anyways. The tenders were solid, not processed, the fries were good too. Garlic bread was good, but I wish it was toasted on both sides. The service and turnaround was quick and they served a lot of customers in the short amount of time we were there.“

“I love this spot! I have been coming here for years. I feel out of all the Dominican restaurants they don’t pick and choose prices every time you go. They have good prices for the food and the food is always fresh. Don’t get me started with the portions. My mom and I can eat off one plate but we like different meats sometimes so I usually buy two plates. The owner and staff are always so welcoming and treat their customers with kindness. I never had an issue with them and I send blessings they keep going for many years to come.“

“Some of the original recipe chicken was a bit too greasy, but the rest was fine. The mashed potatoes were terrible. I usually love the mashed potatoes and they are my first choice for a side, but they were weirdly translucent and not as white as usual. The taste was definitely off.“

I also ordered the 12 piece wings only but got 6 wings and fries. Both the wings and fries were good, but I want more wings ?. Not a big deal because now I know the fries are good! ? “This is the best kfc I have been to in a long time!! Great atmosphere and food and the service was Amazing!! The staff is amazing I would definitely comeback to this one! Was there when the Manager Tyler was there and he came out and checked on everyone and was super nice and friendly.“

“First time. I let others hype the food up prior to my visit, so had high expectations. Fries were okay, bread was okay. Tenders were good, not great. Got a couple kids meal, no prizes given. Had to ask, said they might of ran out. Oh well. I'd go 3.5 stars. If I had a RC in town maybe I'd go again. Def won't be going out of my way for one .“
