I’m not gunna lie, since the new management sign went up I can see this store is starting to turn a good leaf. Coffee is fresh, the employees are much more polite and attentive. And overall Quality is much much better. Keep up the good work.

So i ordered coffee here from the hotel we were staying at and drove to get it, not much parking but you gotta understand its RI theres not much area in the city compared to what im used to having coming from a rural area. First walk up take out window ive sen at a dunkin and i been going to Dunkin for over 20 years daily

This is the first Dunkin' I've been to that has no "inside," only a drive thru and outside pick up window. You can still order ahead with the app, or use the delivery services. Seems like the drive thru is their main business. The outside window seems like an unplanned afterthought. Great for the delivery drivers to not have to wait in the drive thru line. Not so great for the people who have to stand out in the weather while waiting to order or pick up....
