This is the first Dunkin' I've been to that has no "inside," only a drive thru and outside pick up window. You can still order ahead with the app, or use the delivery services. Seems like the drive thru is their main business. The outside window seems like an unplanned afterthought. Great for the delivery drivers to not have to wait in the drive thru line. Not so great for the people who have to stand out in the weather while waiting to order or pick up....

The attendant was nice but they were out of large cups in the middle of a hot Saturday afternoon. They wanted to give me pastries but I asked for an extra drink instead. They couldn't refund because it was a mobile order. I ordered ahead to have it be ready quickly and had to wait.

It’s your average dunkin, they’re pretty fast with their service but it reduces the quality of cooked foods, leaving it either burnt or not cooked enough. They did get my order wrong a few times when attempting to order a Sausage Egg n Cheese… got a bacon egg and cheese instead. Just feels rushed.
