Normally I have a good experience at the Dunkin' Donuts on Mineral Spring Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. I tried ordering two extra large hot coffees at 9:15 pm, but was told that they didn't have enough coffee to fill both orders and they would be closing soon. The business sign stated it closed at 10 pm. I bought a 1 pound bag and went to another Dunkin Donuts to get my two hot coffees. The date is Saturday, 2/11/2023. Go there almost every day for coffee and sausage,egg, and cheese on a bagel . Price of a sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel continues to go up. Paid $3.79 two days ago today $4.20. Service is only fair now constantly screwing things up . Bagel is burnt. Ask for coffee no sugar they give you regular. Even after repeating order to you they screw it up .

4am, Monday April first, online order #004. Wow! Horrible attitude. Could feel the vibe through the speaker. Met with frustration for asking for glazed munchinks. She refused to add cinnamon to my foam and told her coworker "how did that even make sense?" Then didn't add cream and denied seeing add cream on the reciept as I showed her. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, GO HOME.
