Below mediocre service. Wait times are pretty horrendous most times. The staff don’t seem interested in getting your food to you with any sense of urgency. Occasionally you get prompt service. Not the worst but certainly not the best.
Took 10 minutes from ordering on kiosk to food being delivered to the table. No wait ahead of us, other than drive-thru. Worker who delivered it didn't say a word...just set it down. Also, no soda machine here to refill your drinks...! I've never encountered that in a fast food place before.

The app said the counter I could pick my paid order at, but they locked the dining room before closing. Then Im forced to wait in a 30 minute drive thru or leave without my food. When I reach the speaker I give my name for the order and he says he cant find it he says he couldnt care less. basically a big fail on every possible thing except the food, well except sugar coke not diet coke.
