“So, last night I needed to have a business meeting with a business partner that wanted to stay out of downtown after working all day in the city. We chose Hangry Kitchen, just 6 minutes from downtown. So much that I could say about the meal. But I will summarize it. I asked if I could get a side of tomato juice for my beer. (Yeah beer and tomato juice is amazing). They did not have any canned or bottled tomato juice. THEY JUICED SOME TOMATOS! The rest of the meal was just as memorable. Check them out (in between food truck visits)!“

“I'm back in town to visit family and I needed to check out PVDeli. I kickstarted from Tennessee because I know the importance of having places that offer amazing vegan food for good prices. It's great walking into a place and not having to wonder what's in it, or having to special order. I had The Frank, and The Trio, both small. I thought I'd be able to make the 13 minute drive back to Pawtucket without digging in, but alas, I could not. I ate The Trio on the drive and The Frank when I got back to where I'm staying. Yea, I at 'em both for supper (suppah) I am how fat vegans are forged Both sandwiches are outstanding - the size, the combination of flavors, value are remarkable. The staff was quick and efficient. In and out, at 7PM on a Friday night. The experience and mission of Providence Vegan Deli makes me very happy that I was a small part of the reason they seem to be off and running and destined for long-term success. I said, as I was walking out the door, if yall decide to expand, I know a couple from Knoxville that would be interested in helping the expansion. Congratulations and continued success. I’ve also had my whole office go out here one night and they were blown away. My friends from out of town told me that next time they come this is the first place we are going. “Amazing ambiance, service and cuisine!“

“I had the pleasure of visiting Vincent Restaurant in Cranston on their very first day, and I must say, I was impressed by both the ambiance and the food. The restaurant had a welcoming vibe, and to top it off, it was baby Vincent's birthday! They kindly offered us complimentary empanadas to celebrate, which was a thoughtful gesture.

We ordered the chicken empanadas, and while they were good, I found them a bit on the dry side. I personally would have a little more seasoning in the chicken for a bolder flavor, but the accompanying sauce liked helped balance things out. On the other hand, the bread with tomatoes was incredible—absolutely no complaints there!

Given that it was their first day, I expected a few service hiccups, and we did encounter one. My fiancée Hilary ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, but they brought out the shrimp version instead. Fortunately, she didn't mind and enjoyed the dish regardless. I opted for the chicharrón mofongo, and while it was tasty, I felt it could have used a bit more meat and a side of sauce to allow for some extra flavoring if desired. I mentioned this to the waiter, who was quick to address my feedback and provided the sauce on the side.

Overall, it was a great experience in a prime location. I’ll definitely be returning and wish them much success as they continue to grow and improve!

Spanish Review:

I was lucky enough to visit Vincent Restaurant in Cranston the first day they opened, and I must say I was impressed with both the atmosphere and the food. The restaurant had a cozy vibe, and to top it all off, it was little Vincent's birthday! They offered us complimentary empanadas to celebrate, which was a very kind gesture.

We ordered the chicken empanadas, and although they were good, I found them a little dry. “I’ve been here a few times for lunch, and it never disappoints. Most of the time I order the chicken parm sandwich and fries. It’s always been good, every time I’ve ordered it.
They have a pretty extensive menu of Italian-American style food. A lot of pasta, sandwiches, pizza, etc. I’d never tried the pasta, but we’ve ordered pizza before, and it’s pretty good.
Whatever I’ve ever ordered from here, no matter what, it always comes out piping-hot, which is great.
The chicken parm sandwich was no exception, the super crispy chicken cutlet was crispy on the outside, and tender and flavorful inside. It held up very well to the lava hot marinara sauce it was covered with, and the mozzarella cheese-pull was the best. This place is definitely in my rotation of chicken parm sandwich spots.
The inside of the restaurant has weird decor. I guess it’s supposed to look like somebody’s grandmothers living room. I guess it does sort of. There’s a bunch of random old photos and items on the wall that makes it look dated.
The food is usually really good though, and I will definitely be back for more chicken parms.“
