I arrived to pick up a doordash at this location and their delivery rack is behind their counter, understandably so. Im sure theft is certainly an issue with many fast food restaurants everywhere. I let the woman at the counter know that who I was picking up and I sat down and waited for the order. As the order is called to be picked up, she tells me to show her the name and I did and I returned to the app where I have to take a picture of it and she SNATCHES the food from my hand. Im like “ I have to take a picture of the receipt for the dasher “ and she says “ Well I have to see the name again “ and im like “ ok…… “ and then yells at me to never come back again. Very inappropriate and discouraging to say the least. Im highly upset with my experience and no customer or delivery person should be treated disrespectfully or having a worker snatch food out of their hand.

Ordered online they didn’t have meatballs or bread and horrible attitude from employee that’s friends with manager. They had employee working off the clock and she wasn’t happy. Asked for the order to be refunded. Terrible service horrendous attitude.

My go to subway in the Providence area. Never been disappointed with the sandwiches I order. Also has the pizza sub as a frugal budget option that is not offered at all Subways. I always order through the app or website btw.

I didn’t even get to order Me and my boyfriend walked in. And then a lady walked in with her son. We were waiting for like 5 minutes before someone came out. When the person came out he didn’t greet us didn’t apologize for having us waiting nothing he just started making bread lol . So we all just left because why not take care of the customers before making the bread? it’s not like there was no bread left ?? but yea do not recommend this subway the workers do not want to work.

With how expensive Subway has gotten, the least they could do is accept AMEX cards. But I guess they have to squeeze every penny out for profit while obviously underpaying their workers.

The red hair lady at night is rude and unprofessional. I am a Dasher went in she was finishing the sandwich and I asked if she wanted me to get the drink from the cooler she rudely told me no. When the order was ready I was standing right by her she walks past me puts order on bottom of rack and walks away . Not the first time. I see why no one is. Ever eating in. And believe me I have been there more then 5 times with here there always the same. feel sorry for the owner she is costing him business. .
