Waited at the window for 10 minutes, no exaggeration for 2 sandwiches. Terrible service, they just hire kids and they dont care. Take your business elsewhere. This was at 3pm on a Wednesday absolutley not busy, with a staff of 6 doing nothing.

don't try to get anything made with a plain bagel after 12 or a Boston cream donut. They will be out!!! Then they act like it's your fault because you get to the window to pay and then they realize it!

Don't recall the guys name. He had a beard and tall. Also young looking. Very good service. Very quick. Also smart.

I went to this Dunkin and I was the first in line. I placed my order and the girl's face showed it all. No emotion, completely miserable. I get my food first before my drinks are even out. I'm standing there waiting with another man waiting next to me and I see four people getting their orders and leaving and my coffees are still not made. My food at this point is now cold. I go to ask one of the employees what happened to my drinks. Her eyes are half closed like she's on drugs and when I explained to her that I didn't receive them, with with an attitude, she told me "were busy in here." I proceeded to tell her that I already placed my order before these people and they're getting their orders before me. I then still had to wait and nobody was making my drinks and had to ask another employee to make them. Once again it was received with attitude. This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I will not be returning here. I think management really needs to take a hard look at their employees and teach customer service skills.

Unfortunately they got my order in the drive up wrong twice, and then give me the attitude. ? A comment like "oh it's you again" is awful when you folks made the mistakes! No accountability. Awful service.
By far the worst Dunkin on the island. DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!!! Got 2 hot chocolates that were basically water with chocolate powder chunks. Absolutely disgusting. The staff talk about you thinking they aren't being heard and take forever to acknowledge you. They don't even let you use the bathroom. Terrible service and terrible water of money.
