Grafik Coffee is run by Josh Whalen, a young, ambitious, conscientious guy whose aim is, clearly, to please his customers. With help from his wife and family, the café was reimagined to make the architectural gem of a building even more inviting and comfortable, inside and out. From the menu, I had the Rothko (chicken salad on a croissant) and a Chaider (Chai + cider); both were delicious.
