Tonight I ordered a Footlong meatball sub. Gross, there was about 5 meatballs the size of a golf ball IF THAT and Sauce up the Ying Yang. I put lettuce, pickles, Yes Pickles, peppers and cheese on it... I thought I heard the girl say Mayo... I said No mayo, did you put that on my sandwich as I was already standing at the register.....NO. Well, guess what my disgusting sub had Mayo all in my lettuce. It was Nasty, never again. In the trash it went. Sad because I never had this issue during my visits there during the day... But then again, I haven't been there during the day since all this Covid crap!!!!

Worst subway I've ever been to! The 2 kids working the counter were to busy working online orders to be bothered with the 4 customers waiting in line. Person managing the place needs to watch over the workers.

The worse Subway ever. Ordered online. Sloppily made. It was like someone sat on it when we opened it up. The paper was literally stuck to Our tuna sub. Had to peel it off. Was not toasted as ordered. I will never go there again. It’s obvious the person who made it had no idea how to make a proper sub nor cared. Very disappointed

They close 8pm which is way too early! Some of us start work at 9pm.. I wanted to get sandwichFor my lunch but no went to work starving... Jerks

Ordered two sandwiches on the mobile app, they were doing a BOGO deal and figured I’d get lunch for my fiancé and I. I got a call after placing the order stating they were out of lettuce, no biggie no lettuce on the sandwich that’s fine. I went in and picked up the order the kid working pointed to my order and told me where it was. I got home to eat my sandwich and not only was it missing majority of the toppings I requested but other toppings were added on both sandwiches.They added banana peppers, olives, pickles. And then left off red onion, mayo, green peppers. I called and spoke to who I’m assuming is the same kid and he stated he tried to catch me on the way out. BLATANT LIE! I was in there for a bit after he pointed to my order filling up my drink! Worst experience I’ve ever had with this subway, Will not be back.

We totally left the house without our masks-guess were not adjusted to this new life! We called subway and there was one girl working and she was so absolutely sweet. Because we forgot our mask we asked if it was possible for us to do curbside, and she was so pleasant. I wish I caught her name-she was the definition of customer service!!!!
